A very late KCKEMP
Description:
Well, they try to run this train out of Argentine in the afternoons, but it doesn't always get much priority getting out of there. Even if it does come out, Amtrak #3 can kill it at Topeka sometimes, and therefore, you end up with scenes like this, with the KCKEMP rolling out in the late morning.
